YouGarden Blue Allium Caeruleum, 30 x Bulbs, Size 5+ | Pollinator Friendly Summer Flowers

TRUE BLUE ALLIUMS: Blue Allium caeruleum, also known as Allium azureum, produces dense rounded clusters of bright blue star-shaped flowers in June. True blue is a prized colour in garden planting, making these hardy ornamental onion bulbs a striking choice for sunny borders and mixed perennial displays. POLLINATOR FRIENDLY FLOWERS: Named an RHS Plant for Pollinators, this allium helps attract bees and beneficial insects while adding cool, vivid colour to early summer planting. The stiff upright stems reach up to around 80cm, lifting blue flowerheads above neighbouring border plants for an airy effect. SMART BORDER PLANTING: The narrow leaves often fade before the flowers appear, so plant among medium-height perennials such as sea holly, salvias, hardy geraniums, catmint and ornamental grasses. Choose full sun and well-drained soil, avoiding heavy, waterlogged ground through winter. DETAILS: Supplied as 30 size 5+ bulbs, ready to plant on arrival. Plant in autumn in full sun and well-drained soil, water in after planting, and allow foliage to fade naturally as the flowers develop.
