Yougarden Common English Bluebells, 20 X Bulbs Size 6/7, Fragrant Violet Blue Spring Flowering Shade Naturalising Woodland Pollina

FRAGRANT NATIVE BLUEBELL: True English bluebells, officially recognised by the RHS as 'Plants for Pollinators'. Intensely coloured violet-blue, narrowly tubular flowers nod gracefully from erect stems in mid to late spring, releasing a sweet, distinctive fragrance. Growing to around 40cm tall, these bulbs bring British woodland character to borders, shaded spots and naturalistic planting schemes. RETURNS STRONGER EVERY YEAR: Vigorous, clump-forming and fully hardy, English bluebells settle into their position and quietly multiply season after season, producing a more generous and impressive display as the years go on. They thrive in partially shaded spots beneath deciduous trees, hedges and shrubs, making excellent use of the areas of the garden where many other plants refuse to perform. LOW MAINTENANCE AND BEAUTIFUL: Once planted in autumn, these bulbs need very little ongoing care. After flowering the foliage dies back neatly, leaving room for other plants to carry the season forward. They combine naturally with primroses, ferns, narcissus and wild garlic for layered, woodland-style planting that looks deliberate and established from the very first spring. DETAILS: Supplied as 20 bulbs, size 6/7. On arrival, plant immediately at two to three times the bulb depth in well-drained soil in a partially shaded spot, water in thoroughly and allow to establish ready for a stunning spring display.
