YouGarden Crocus 'King of the Striped', 25 x Bulbs, Size 8/9, Purple Pollinator Spring Flowers

STRIPED SPRING COLOUR: Crocus 'King of the Striped' produces larger-than-average goblet-shaped flowers in pale purple with irregular dark purple feathering. Flowering in late winter and early spring, these hardy bulbs bring crisp patterned colour to sunny borders, path edges, rockeries, patio pots and window boxes. POLLINATOR FRIENDLY BLOOMS: Recommended by the RHS as a Plant for Pollinators, this crocus helps support early bees when nectar-rich flowers can still be limited. Its compact 10cm height makes it ideal for close-up planting, where the striped blooms and neat foliage detail can be fully appreciated. NATURALISING GARDEN VALUE: Plant in autumn in full sun and well-drained soil or compost, avoiding wet, heavy ground through winter. Leave undisturbed and the bulbs can naturalise, gradually building a more generous early display alongside snowdrops, dwarf iris, muscari, early narcissi and other compact spring bulbs. DETAILS: Supplied as 25 size 8/9 bulbs, ready to plant on arrival. Plant in autumn in full sun and well-drained soil or containers, water in after planting, and allow foliage to fade naturally after flowering. ABOUT US: At YouGarden, we believe that gardening is for everyone. Based in rural Lincolnshire, we have our own 11-acre nursery, meaning that we are in close contact with our plants, so that we can guarantee our plants will thrive because we've nurtured them ourselves.
