YouGarden Evergreen Clematis 'Michiko', 3 x Compact White Spring Flowering Climbers, Pollinator Friendly, Year Round Foliage, Ready To Plant, 7cm Pots

COMPACT EVERGREEN CLEMATIS, YEAR-ROUND INTEREST: Part of the acclaimed Boulevard Series, Clematis 'Michiko' are compact, fully hardy evergreen climbers that retain their beautiful dark green glossy foliage throughout the year, with big clusters of starry, pure white flowers with striking yellow-green anthers from April through to May. FREE-FLOWERING, POLLINATOR FRIENDLY: Masses of pure white, star-shaped blooms up to 5cm across appear in generous clusters each spring, attracting bees and beneficial pollinating insects reliably throughout the flowering season. Naturally compact at 1.5m tall and 1m wide, 'Michiko' is equally at home climbing an obelisk, trailing over a low wall, scrambling through established shrubs, or taking centre stage in a large patio container. EASY TO GROW, MINIMAL PRUNING REQUIRED: 'Michiko' requires no routine pruning - simply trim back any overlong shoots after flowering if needed to keep the plant tidy and within its allotted space. Fast-growing yet easy to control, it thrives in moisture-retentive, well-drained soil with its roots kept cool and shaded, and responds well to a balanced slow-release fertiliser applied each spring. DETAILS: Supplied as a set of three established plants in 7cm pots, ready to plant. ABOUT US: At YouGarden, we believe that gardening is for everyone.
