FRAGRANT DOUBLE TULIP: Tulip 'Secret Perfume' produces strongly scented, peony-shaped flowers in soft lemony yellow, giving spring displays both colour and fragrance. Flowering in late April, it brings a scented highlight to sunny beds, borders and patio pots when the garden is filling with fresh seasonal growth. ELEGANT SPRING PLANTING: Growing up to around 50cm tall, this hardy tulip creates a refined late-spring feature in bold groups or container displays. It combines beautifully with early narcissi, muscari, forget-me-nots and other tulips, adding soft colour, rounded flower form and gentle perfume to layered spring planting. SUPERB FOR CUTTING: The full double blooms make excellent cut flowers for spring bouquets, carrying their colour and scent indoors. Plant in autumn in full sun and well-drained soil or compost, using containers with drainage holes and avoiding wet, heavy ground through winter.
