good knife - german line sharp and stays sharp with a little touch up - have a set and like this size and quality so added another one this size - small enough to handle quickly - bigger than a paring knife

Super sharp - also beware of your fingers - and an elegant knife. The handle fits well in the hand. Best not to put it in the dishwasher, but wash it manually.
