The large cooking spoon is shaped to make mixing and serving food easier. The durable nylon head is heat resistant up to: 200°/ 392°F; and the wheat straw handle up to 80°C / 180°F The materials used are food safe, will not scratch pots and pans and are dishwasher safe.
