The induction hob has a FlexInduction zone of 21 x 38 cm, which provides more flexibility and freedom when cooking. Only the part covered by a container heats up and allows you to cook on larger and differently shaped surfaces. It also has another 28cm cooking zone. With the PerfectFry Plus function of the induction hob, you will become a first-class cook. The same oil temperature is maintained throughout the cooking process as indicated on the display. They prevent food from burning and become healthier. You can control the induction hob from your mobile phone thanks to Home Connect, the app that also gives you control of the hobs, remote diagnostics, software updates and several additional functions. The Bosch induction hob has a maximum power limit to 7.4 kW to prevent the differential from skipping in homes with limited set power. The dimensions are 2" H x 23.2" W x 20.5" D. For installation, a recess of 5.1 x 56 x 40-50 cm (H x W x D) is required.
