BRUNA ALPINA: Parmigiano Reggiano DOP made from the milk of only Italian Alpine Brown Swiss, matured for 24/30 months, vacuum-packed, aluminised freshness-saving package. EXCELLENCE: the milk of the Bruna Alpina breed is rich in nutritional values and proteins, resulting in a Parmigiano Reggiano of great roundness and harmony of flavours, rich in scents of hazelnuts, cooked butter, yoghurt, hay and spices, its strong character and pleasant taste make it ideal for mealtime consumption. NATURAL AGEING: the maturing of our cheeses takes place in ancient structures with stone walls, built in the 19th century. This allows a cheese to mature in a natural balance of temperature and humidity, expelling excess humidity and residual whey from processing, enhancing its fragrance and aromas. PACKAGING: in order to maintain the product's aroma and typical characteristics, our products are packed in vacuum-packed freshness pouches with a triple layer of aluminium to prevent oxidation and thermal shock.
