Cuvée Royale - Brut Blanc de Blancs - Champagne Joseph Perrier

Joseph Perrier has sustained its signature and identity through six generations of managers, all from the same family. Fruit of its founders legacy and their successors ambition, Champagne Joseph Perrier is expressed today through a variety of cuvées. The Royale Brut Blanc de Blancs cuvée has a glistening pale yellow colour with delicate green touches. The nose is floral, offering notes of apricot and mirabelle plum in equal measure. The palate is vibrant and fresh, followed by beautiful tangy flavours of squeezed citrus. Then the spiced flavours appear, cinnamon and vanilla with delectable biscuit notes and a yuzu finish. The cuvée will pair very well at the start of a meal with refined, light dishes, or even with a carpaccio of sea bass or a ceviche of sea bream.
