Manufactured to DIN 6899 Form B - the standard light-pattern wire rope thimble profile, distinct from the heavier Form A pattern used with larger chain and rigging gear. This 10mm size measures 38.0mm (1.50in) overall length, with a 11.0mm (0.43in) eye width and 25.0mm (0.98in) eye length - proportioned specifically to a 10mm (0.39in) rope diameter, not shared across sizes. Galvanised steel construction gives durable, general-purpose corrosion resistance, suiting outdoor, marine and general engineering environments. The curved groove profile spreads the load evenly around the rope loop, protecting the wire rope from wear and crushing at the eye and helping it keep its natural bend radius and strength.
