Dominio de Atauta Magnum 2021

Dominio de Atauta is a red wine from the Ribera del Duero produced by the Dominio de Atauta winery. The winery is located in the Valley of Atauta (Soria), on the eastern edge of Ribera del Duero. Dominio de Atauta is 100% made from Tinto Fino. The grapes come from vineyards planted at 950 and 1000m altitude on limestone sand soils. Due to the high altitude of the vineyard and constant winds, grapes are cleaned and dried. In addition, during the weeks of harvesting, the temperature fluctuations between day and night are around 25 ° C, which favours a good ripening of the grapes. For processing Dominio de Atauta passes a traditional winemaking. After maceration and fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
