WORLD-FIRST HYBRID OAK CASKS - Matured in a unique combination of casks including a world-first rum barrel hybrid with an American Oak STR body and Portuguese Oak STR head, both shaved, toasted and recharred. American Oak delivers vanilla and spice with a hint of orange peel, while Portuguese Oak introduces jammy fruit, prunes and plums. CRAFTED WITH WILD TRINITY YEAST - Fermented using DropWorks' world-first Wild Trinity Yeast, three strains living symbiotically together, exclusive to the distillery and found nowhere else.
