70cl / 42.00% - A lively blended malt from East London Liquor Company that pulls together the distillerys own peated, unpeated, and rye-driven spirits with a Scottish single malt partner in Loch Lomond. The whisky leans into the quirks of Londons famously hard water by slow fermenting with characterful brewing yeasts to build a spirit with personality. Head of whisky Sam Garbutt created the blend itself in collaboration with John Glaser of Compass Box.
