From the distillery window, we see the sea and the bay's curve. Our bespoke bottle captures the textures of the farm, soil, beach, and sky, embodying the essence of our surroundings. TASTING NOTES- You are greeted by a gentle, smoky aroma, followed by rich caramel notes and coastal breeze aromas, with a hint of citrus. The palate is soft and subtle, with more peat smoke, and consistent caramel and coastal tones.
