This exclusive release offers just 273 bottles. DISTILLERY - Chamarel Distillery, nestled in Mauritius' fertile southwest, is dedicated to crafting premium sugarcane juice rum. Established in 2008 on the historic Domaine de l'Exil estate, the distillery uses sugarcane exclusively from its own plantations, ensuring authenticity and quality in every bottle. NOSE - The nose reveals a tantalising medley of fruity aromas, with succulent cherries and luscious prunes at the forefront, followed by delicate notes of vanilla, hay, warm spices, and fragrant herbs. A vibrant bouquet that promises an indulgent experience. PALATE - On the palate, this rum offers a poised and harmonious profile, featuring flavours of caramelised red apple, blossom honey, and dried fruits.
