Finally a perfect package arrived, as always with Amazon packaging. After a small shipping issue that Amazon itself resolved in a very short time, it arrived today after a one‑day delay. Thanks Amazon for fixing the problem. The heads are perfect, intact in their packaging as seen in the video.

I saved the printer, it was only printing in magenta and with the new heads it prints perfectly, a very good product so far.
