Lamberts Methyl Folate 400µg - Naturally Active Form of Folate - Small Easy-to-Swallow Tablets - Vegan - 60 Tablets

Lamberts Methyl Folate 400µg 60 Tablets is a vegan food supplement that provides 400µg of folate per tablet as calcium-L-methylfolate, a methylated form of folate. Folate is the only active ingredient, and 400µg is the daily amount given in the pre-pregnancy advice printed on the label, so it suits anyone who wants that amount from methylfolate rather than standard folic acid. **Key Features** - **400µg of folate per tablet:** Each tablet provides 400µg of folate, which is 200% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). - **Folate as calcium-L-methylfolate:** The label lists the folate as folic acid (as calcium-L-methylfolate). Lamberts describes methylfolate as the form of folate that the body can use without conversion. - **Recognised folate functions:** Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, normal blood formation, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal psychological function, the normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. -
