Monitor Audio Silver 500 8G Floorstanding Speakers (Pair) High Gloss Black

The Monitor Audio Silver 500 8G Floorstanding Speakers are designed for larger stereo and home cinema systems that need scale clarity and controlled low-end reach. As the largest floorstander in the Silver Series 8G range each speaker uses a three-way driver layout with two 8-inch C-CAM bass drivers a dedicated 3-inch C-CAM midrange driver and a 25mm C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter. This gives the Silver 500 8G the ability to handle bass vocals and treble through separate purpose-matched drivers. Its in-room frequency response reaches down to 28Hz giving music and film soundtracks a strong foundation without losing midrange focus. Silent Flow Port Technology refined crossover design braced cabinet construction and through-bolt driver fixing all help keep the sound controlled stable and cohesive at higher listening levels.
