Sponge floor LED floor lamp - not just for the patio The Sponge floor LED floor lamp provides atmospheric lighting throughout the outdoor area and also indoors in places where there is no power socket nearby, as the light is battery-operated and therefore self-sufficient. It only needs to be plugged into a socket to recharge the battery. Warm white LEDs have been installed in the curved polyethylene lampshade, the brightness of which can be switched in three brightness levels using the Moodmaker™ function. If the battery is empty, it can be recharged using the USB charging cable (micro USB) supplied. The lighting duration with a full battery is 5 hours at 100% brightness, 10 hours at 60% brightness and 15 hours at 30% brightness. Says Who, a Danish design studio founded in 2010 by friends Nikolaj Duve and Kasper Meldgaard, designed the Sponge luminaire series. The company from near Aarhus now consists of a team of six designers.
