Each batch will be bottled at cask strength with the cask recipe changing each time, resulting in a new and unique profile. The cask selection for batch #02-2024 is a blend of PX, Oloroso, and refill sherry wood, with a touch of ex-bourbon barrels, creating a rich and decadent whisky intertwined with the classic smoke of Islay. On the palate, there is zesty ginger with chocolate and star anise, before finishing with fresh raspberry, lemon, and cacao nibs. S M A L L B A T C H P R O D U C T I O N No more than 60 carefully curated casks will make up each batch. Each individual batch will have a unique code and show the cask breakdown, enabling the consumer to contrast, compare, and explore the different notes that the wood and blending brings to the whisky.
