From the fine folks at Douglas Laing, this whisky brings together flavours from the peat-smoked shores of Scotland to the warm climes of the Caribbean in order to stay true to Rock Islands maritime heritage. Rock Island Rum Cask Edition was bottled at 46.8% ABV without colouring or chill-filtration.
