The 4.8mm diameter x 14mm length standard flange black aluminium rivet represents a step up in strength and load-bearing capacity, featuring the largest diameter in the Sealey range. This robust rivet is ideal for more demanding applications requiring superior shear and tensile strength, making it suitable for structural repairs, heavy fabrication work and high-stress assemblies. Unlike the smaller diameter variants, this model features a standard flange head rather than a large flange, making it appropriate for harder materials such as steel, stainless steel and thicker aluminium where pull-through is less of a concern. The 14mm length accommodates material thicknesses of approximately 10-12mm.
