Shires Highlander Plus Lite Turnout Rug Neck Cover for Horses Navy - Small

Versatile waterproof neck protection: The Highlander Plus Lite Neck Cover is designed to complement the standard turnout rug, providing additional coverage and protection during mild wet weather. It offers a practical way to increase protection without switching to a full neck rug. Strong yet lightweight construction: Manufactured from durable ShireTex 1200 denier ripstop fabric, the neck cover delivers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The ripstop weave enhances resilience by helping to resist tears and wear associated with regular turnout. Waterproof and breathable performance: Featuring a PFC-free outer with taped seams, the neck cover is waterproof to 3000mm and breathable to 3000g/m². The Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish helps prevent saturation by allowing water to bead and run off the surface. Easy and secure attachment system: The neck cover attaches quickly and securely using touch-close loops that fasten to the rug's three D-rings. Quick-fit touch-close straps around the neck ensure a comfortable, adjustable fit while keeping the cover securely in place. Practical, comfortable, and easy to maintain: Designed to work seamlessly with the Highlander Plus rug range, the neck cover enhances overall comfort and weather protection while remaining lightweight and flexible. It is also machine washable, making routine cleaning and maintenance simple and convenient.
