FLAVOUR: Palate - Velvety, rich and jammy, bold and beautiful, hints of juniper; Nose - rich dark aromatic fruits and cherry, with gentle almond notes; Finish - sweet and dry, warming the cockles, as it goes by; Sweetness - mid-range sweetness PERFECT SERVE: Serve neat. Or, if you’re in a celebratory mood add a tot to prosecco, cava or Champagne for a Sloe Royale. Sloe Gin is also an ingredient in lots of classic cocktails, like a Charlie Chaplin, or the aptly named, Blackthorn. BOTANICALS: Hand-picked juniper, coriander, angelica, orris & bay with six botanicals foraged from the farm and local hedgerows: crab apple, rosehip, elderflower, nettle leaf & wildflower meadow hay. Stones from the spent fruit from our sloe gin. SUSTAINABILITY: We came from the hedgerows... Sustainability and nature are at the heart of the business. We use 21st century responsible distilling & traditional steeping, minimising our impact on the planet and respecting time-honoured methods.
