Threads and other connecting pieces present a challenge in metalworking due to the high levels of stress they experience. The S-STUD1600 stud welding machine, featuring a capacitor capacity of 72,000 µF and 1600 J of energy storage, excels at welding hard metals. Use the CD tip ignition to briefly melt the ignition tip of the stud and the workpiece. The arc is extinguished by pressure, firmly joining the two parts together.
