Threads and other connecting pieces present a challenge in metalworking due to the high levels of stress they experience. The S-STUD2500 stud welding machine, featuring a capacitor capacity of 108,000 µF and 2500 J of energy storage, excels at welding hard metals. Use the CD tip ignition to briefly melt the ignition tip of the stud and the workpiece. The arc is extinguished by pressure, firmly joining the two parts together.
