Grandiose! The order placed at the end of December finally arrived in mid‑March instead of the expected February. To top it off, I receive a piece of wood instead of a Guillaume. The plane dose the job it is designed to do, but takes some practice to get it working well. The trick is to get the blade adjustment just right, which can be a bit difficult as the difference between too deeper cut and none at all is very small.

I am still trying it out at the moment. I am a beginner woodworker, not finding it to easy to set the tool up and also keeping the tool square for cutting the rebates, but will persevere until i am comfortable with using it
