Practical, but it tends to make food "stick" if you don't keep stirring continuously, especially over the flame.

Nothing to say, bought because I had heard good things about this brand, equipment is great, good value and lightweight. Positive note: lack of a non‑stick bottom. If you cook over direct flame or embers, a Teflon non‑stick bottom could release harmful particles.
