Add a unique fresh hot peppery flavour to your salads, sandwiches or sushi from Japan! You can simply harvested the baby leaf within weeks of sowing or leave till the mature leaves grow. Sow seeds every couple of weeks on your windowsill through the autumn and winter months. The flavour from one leaf will amaze you. Use a moist or well-drained soil in a sun or semi shade position. When the mature leaves are large enough, thin the rocket seedlings to 23cm apart, or leave un-thinned. Sowing in late summer will resume cropping into winter if protected by a glass frame, or in pots on the windowsill.
