The innovative Aeroglide non-stick coating has a base layer with durable abrasion layers and the six-layer coating is fifteen times stronger than standard non-stick coatings. This pan has an inducto bonded steel base which features bonded base channels for even heat distribution, preventing hotspots and uneven cooking while the riveted steel handle provides comfort and easy manoeuvrability. This 26cm pan is oven-safe up to 220 degrees Celsius and features innovative SmartStart technology with a built-in temperature sensor that activates at 150 degrees Celsius. Put the pan onto the heat, wait for the SmartStart tick to change to dark red at 200 degrees Celsius and start cooking. All SmartStart pans are free from harmful chemicals suc
