While they resemble traditional rolled oats in appearance, they have a harder texture and a stronger taste. Wheat is the most important source of plant-based protein in the human diet. It is one of the world's oldest and most widely produced cereal crops. ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: It's not only that whole-grain wheat is high in protein; it's also high in fibre, minerals, and Vitamins. In casseroles or as toppings, use flakes instead of bread crumbs. Make a delicious crumble topping for pies and fruit crisps, or just eat it plain. For granolas, mueslis, or trail mixes, combine with dried fruits, nuts, and seeds. To Cook: Bring 2 cups water to boil and 1 cup rye flakes, cover.
