With a 5.5kg (12lb) density, it offers dependable support for alignment work, helping you stabilise and refine your posture as you move through poses. This block can be used in a variety of ways during practice: sit on it to raise the hips for a straighter spine, or combine four blocks to create classic shoulder stand support. Made from densely compressed chipped foam using offcuts from manufacturing other foam products, each block has a mottled, multicoloured appearance, with colour varying from batch to batch.
