With a 5.5kg (12lb) density, these recycled chip foam blocks are described as the firmest chip foam block available, helping to support, stabilise and aid alignment as you move. Use a block to raise the hips for a straighter spine when seated, or combine four together for classic shoulder stand support. Made from densely compressed chipped foam using offcuts from manufacturing other foam products, each block has a mottled, multicoloured appearance that can vary from batch to batch.
