Then distilled on our 8-plate column still to a velvet-soft base spirit ready for the wood. DOUBLE-OAK FLASH AGED - AMERICAN & FRENCH OAK CHIPS - Spice Drop is flash-aged in two oaks at once. Heavily charred American oak chips contribute sweet vanilla and a hint of coconut. Heavily charred French oak chips contribute toasted pecan and warm winter-spice aromatics.
